General

The subscription charges for print only subscription is not linked to the online subscription or vice versa.
Subscription will always be prepaid and all subscriptions will be realized only after the receipt of full payment of subscription
Subscription rates for KAAV Journals are revised early on January 1st and are in effect from the same date that is January 1st of the year to December 31st of the same year.
KAAV Publications reserves the right to change and amend the subscription policy
Institutions & companies should place order on the letter head on their respective institute or company
Change of address should be intimidated to KAAV Journals at least 2 months or 60 days prior to the date of dispatch of the issue as mentioned in the frequency of subscription, no change of address request will be entertained after the that
KAAV Journals can merge the issues if required and can provide the subscriber the merged issue
If in any case Journals Pub ceases the publication of any journal, subscriber can change the subscription to another journal or can ask for refund of the amount of the same journal only

Mode of payments: payments can be made through Cheque / Demand Draft / NEFT / RTGS / Paypal
Once the order is processed subscription fee will not be refunded unless KAAV Journals ceases the publication of the journal
KAAV Journals can change subscription charges and conditions and at the time of receipt of order only recent rates will be applicable.
Rates outside India ,susbcribers will have to pay additional speed delivery charges (whateever applicable by Indian Post)

Please note that in case of a lost or missing issue following will apply:

Claim for the lost issue will be honored only after 45 days of dispatch of the issue and before the publication of the next issue
Tracking id for post will be provided to the subscribers and claim will be honored with proof of lost issue and only after verification of the same at both ends
Claim for loss of issue will not be entertained in case of incomplete address or without the prior intimation of the change of address
No refund of the subscription fee will be entertained in case of lost or missing issue
Lost issue claims have to be provided with details like subscriber ID, subscription Id, order no.

For subscribers

Online access will be activated in 3 working days after the receipt of payment and receipt of the of correct user details like static IP address
Online access will be blocked in cases
Of violation of the copyright by the subscriber
Due to technical issues
On furnishing a valid reason of blocking of online access by the subscriber
Any issue uploaded on during the subscription period in the journal will be available to the subscribers without any additional charges

For Authors

In order to maximize the citation KAAV Journals offers open access policy, in case author decides to opt for open access publication they can do so at a nominal cost
